Assembling Guide

1. Prepare all the brake tools for the installation of brake shoe / brake pad.
2. Please use plastic gloves and masker for the installation.
3. Use only the original TDW brake shoe / brake pad.
4. Clean hub / calliper body thoroughly from dust, grease and other foreign substances before installing the new brake shoe or brake pad.
5. Check all the support parts / components brake system to make sure that the components are working properly.
6. Replace the fail support parts / components of brake system to avoid brake system breakdown.
7. Check all the brake system after installation.
8. If the brake system is not functioning properly, please re-check all the installation steps and the components that are being replaced.
9. If the brake system is still not functioning properly, please contact the authorised workshop / dealer.
10. Please throw the old brake shoe / brake pad / other brake components to waste garbage to save the environment.

 

Petunjuk Pemasangan

1. Persiapkan semua alat untuk pemasangan kanvas rem.
2. Gunakan sarung tangan plastik dan masker.
3. Gunakan hanya kanvas rem asli TDW.
4. Bersihkan hub / body caliper secara menyeluruh dari debu rem, minyak dan kotoran sebelum melakukan instalalsi kanvas rem baru.
5. Periksa semua bagian komponen pendukung dari system rem untuk memastikan komponen bekerja dengan baik.
6. Ganti komponen pendukung yang rusak untuk menghindari kerusakan sistem rem.
7. Periksa semua sistem rem setelah instalasi.
8. Jika sistem rem tidak berfungsi dengan benar, mohon cek kembali semua langkah-langkah instalasi dan komponen yang sedang diganti.
9. Jika sustem rem masih tidak berfungsi dengan benar, silahkan hubungi bengkel resmi / dealer.
10. Silakan membuang bekas kanvas rem / komponen rem yang lain ke tempat sampah untuk menyelamatkan lingkungan.
